'Professional' meaning it is officially appearing in a particular place, where it has officially been advertised so that loads of people are able to come and see it officially. And the performers will be experienced and talented and well-rehearsed, and paid money!

But new work has an urgency to be realized and tested and shared, otherwise it may fade or fall victim to the next piece of writing and therefore be usurped- remaining only ever a mere whiff of what could have been but wasn't. This is why Underground Antics are so necessary...

And beautiful. With The Pockets Progression, the power of community spirit is evoked. And then special individuals who are prepared to trust and love and make sacrifices, embrace the call to adventure. And so collectively, and without any budget, we create a thing bigger than ourselves that is truly magical and would otherwise not exist!

And when it works, despite the warts and weaknesses, then maybe, like Flickering Truths, it will be revisited, officially, in a 'professional' context in the future?
